At GEN Z, we care about your complete satisfaction, so we offer you the option to return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅ General Conditions:
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.
The product must be returned with all its accessories (tag, packaging, and invoice, if applicable).
Returns or exchanges are not accepted if damage is caused by misuse.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we bear full responsibility for the exchange or return at no additional cost.
